Return Policy

Because we are so confident in our collection and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, we actually offer you 60 days to return your product. The only requirement, after the statutory 14 days, is that your item has not been used (as far as this is reasonably possible), and all packaging is intact. If this is not the case, it may constitute a value deterioration, for which you are liable.
If you return your entire order, we will refund you in full, including the original shipping cost.
If you are only returning some of your purchased products, you will not be refunded the original shipping cost.

To return an item please email us at info@thecheekishop.co.nz with your concern and invoice number, name, phone number and delivery address and we will make contact with you.

If something is wrong with the product
If you find something wrong with a product, then please make contact with us within a reasonable time, for us to find a quick and good solution for you. We recommend you make contact as fast as possible, especially if the product was damaged during shipping.
If you make contact within 2 weeks this will always be seen as a reasonable time period.
